The cuisine, the true flagship of Hotel Brig, is directly curated by our Chef Federico, who, with a forty-year culinary tradition, will offer you a wide selection of both typical and international specialties based on meat and fish, with fresh vegetable buffets, tasty and appetizing appetizers. A mini kitchen is available for mothers with young guests.

The rich breakfast with both sweet and savory products is served buffet-style in the cozy tavern, emphasizing that all pastries (tarts, donuts, etc.) that our guests can enjoy at breakfast are prepared every day directly by our kitchen.
